Welcome to NpTeckZ. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (npteckz.com) and all services provided by NpTeckZ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

NpTeckZ provides professional IT services as described on our website and in individual project proposals. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by the Client.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time. Clients with active projects will be notified of any changes that affect their ongoing work.
By engaging NpTeckZ for services, you agree to:
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client will own the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. NpTeckZ retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the creation of deliverables.
NpTeckZ reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the Client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before the project starts.
Deliverables may incorporate open-source libraries or third-party components. Such components remain subject to their respective licences. NpTeckZ will inform the Client of any significant third-party dependencies.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship and remains in effect for a period of two (2) years after the conclusion of the project.
NpTeckZ warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with generally accepted industry standards. However:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NpTeckZ's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall NpTeckZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately. Post-launch support and maintenance, if required, will be governed by a separate agreement.
NpTeckZ shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, internet outages, or power failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
NpTeckZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
